Custom Keepsakes Sweet Dreams AG doll sundress<\/p><\/div>\n

MY, OH MY, OH MY!!!\u00c2\u00a0 What a fabulous time I am having here at Martha Pullen’s Orlando Sewing Market!\u00c2\u00a0 I did bring along my cranky, antique laptop but it is sooo hard to work with.\u00c2\u00a0 So this will be a brief report.\u00c2\u00a0 I just had to give\u00c2\u00a0 you a peek into this wonderful event.<\/p>\n

It is hard to say which is better, the classes or the vendors. But right now, I am over the moon excited about Custom Keepsakes designs (Kathy Harrison).\u00c2\u00a0 I LOVE the Sweet Dreams <\/a>collection which I got today.\u00c2\u00a0 This i-phone photo does not do it justice so please click on the link and see the slide show on Custom Keepsakes web site.<\/p>\n

The collection is described as “six sweet nightgowns to stitch in the hoop for ladies, girls and dolls.”\u00c2\u00a0 I absolutely cannot wait to get home and make up a matching set for Laurel and her dolls.<\/p>\n

Here is another from that same cd.\u00c2\u00a0 The child and adult garments are even more lovely.\u00c2\u00a0 Wouldn’t it be wonderful to make a matching set for doll, child and mother?<\/p>\n

There is another equally spectacular collection<\/a> of dressy dresses for dolls and girls that I would love to have.\u00c2\u00a0 The collections seem pricey until you realize that there are sooooo many design files on each cd.\u00c2\u00a0 Aside from that, Kathy includes her home phone number and offers support for any problems you have. How great is that?\u00c2\u00a0 The instruction booklet is so detailed that I doubt I would need any help, but it is nice to know that help is available.<\/p>\n

So much more to tell–classes with Connie Palmer (Madeira Applique’, Newest, Greatest Notions, Spaghetti Bias), Peggy Dilbone’s overwhelmingly inspiring Serger Creativity and Inspiration, Hope Yoder’s Starting a Monogram Button Business, Angela Jones Monogram Wizard Plus tutorial, Londa Rohlfing’s blow-you-away stylish jacket class, Janice Stewart’s you-swear-it-must-have-been-made-by-her-Italian-grandmother Drawnthread class, Gina Reddin’s Redwork class which is so much more than Redwork and ….<\/p>\n

I had dinner with my dear friend Linda McGehee the past two nights, visited with Gina Reddin who owns the SewItsForSale yahoo group, chatted with Martha, caught up with old friends Kathy Stachowicz, Karen Russi, Cherry Palma and Cathy Johnson and bought more stuff.\u00c2\u00a0 That should just about replace what I have sold on this blog.\u00c2\u00a0 Ahhhhh, it’s a sickness I guess.\u00c2\u00a0 But I surely am happy about it!<\/p>\n

And there is one more day of classes, shopping and fun!<\/p>\n
