This post is only marginally sewing related (skip down for Sewing Related<\/em>) but it is too funny not to share.\u00c2\u00a0 Of course, at the time, it didn’t seem quite so hilarious.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

It’s about the wedding of my Aunt Rheeta’s delightful, sweet granddaughter Jordan who was married two weeks ago.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

\"Jeff<\/a><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

She has always worked tirelessly with her father, my cousin Jeff, who is pastor of Freedom Worship Center<\/a> in Omaha. This spring she graduated from University of Nebraska.<\/p>\n

The wedding was held at a lovely botanical garden, with all the natural beauty and wildlife of the area.\u00c2\u00a0 This pictures shows Jordan with her dearest friends and cousins.<\/p>\n

Moments later, about 50 feet from the group, the photographer spotted this bridesmaid wannabe, dressed in matching black and white!<\/p>\n

You can guess what happened next.<\/p>\n

uh-oh!<\/p><\/div>\n

And then…<\/p>\n

RUN!!!<\/p><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

The girls were fleet of foot and made a clean getaway.\u00c2\u00a0 If not, I doubt even love could have brought the groom this close to his beautiful bride.<\/p>\n

“May I have this dance, for the rest of my life?”<\/p><\/div>\n

 <\/p>\n

AT LAST!!!\u00c2\u00a0 Sewing related background<\/strong><\/em>-about 10 years ago, Aunt Rheeta brought Jordan, 14,\u00c2\u00a0 one of her precious granddaughters, to my house for a week of sewing instruction and family fun.<\/p>\n

She fell in love with my Brother Pacesetter 8500 and sewed on it all week.\u00c2\u00a0 We had a fabulous time–that was an earlier session of Nana Camp.\u00c2\u00a0 Now that she is\u00c2\u00a0 a new wife, I hope she can find\u00c2\u00a0 time to enjoy sewing again.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
