bunny pattern for each of the several layette pieces.\u00c2\u00a0 But I felt the bugs and frogs in the fabric pattern could suffice as decoration.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/sleeper-N-cap1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32826\" src=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/sleeper-N-cap1.jpg\" alt=\"sleeper N cap\" width=\"480\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/sleeper-N-cap1.jpg 480w, http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/sleeper-N-cap1-225x300.jpg 225w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 480px) 100vw, 480px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>These make up so quickly that I should make another one or two.\u00c2\u00a0 But I wouldn&#8217;t use the Sea Island knit again unless I found some at a huge clearance sale.\u00c2\u00a0 My daughter has always called me a textile snob.\u00c2\u00a0 That being said, I find little enough difference between this pricey fabric and a good quality Carter&#8217;s knit to justify the price.<\/p>\n<p>It seems that lately I&#8217;m on a run of pattern reviews.\u00c2\u00a0 I do like this pattern, though I made none of the accessories but only the nightie with its sweet little mitten cuffs and drawstring hemline.\u00c2\u00a0 The first was made of French terry for Laurel, 9 years ago and then this one 5 years later.<\/p>\n<p>Though the pattern directions are for sewing, I serged the entire garment with wooly nylon in the loopers.\u00c2\u00a0 It was a breeze to construct.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/V-sleeper-cheer2.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32827\" src=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/V-sleeper-cheer2.jpg\" alt=\"V sleeper cheer\" width=\"640\" height=\"466\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/V-sleeper-cheer2.jpg 640w, http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/V-sleeper-cheer2-300x218.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 640px) 100vw, 640px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>In these photos, Vivian Rose was on the back porch, soaking up some sunlight to combat her jaundice.\u00c2\u00a0 Please excuse the wrinkled blankets.\u00c2\u00a0 Here at my daughter&#8217;s home, the ironing board has to be set up and then put away every use, which apparently is infrequent unless Nana is in house. \u00c2\u00a0 I was too busy to keep up with each blanket which would have looked better after meeting up with the ancient\u00c2\u00a0 <a title=\"Old is Better than New\" href=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/2011\/06\/10\/old-is-better-than-new\/\">General Mills Tru-Heat iron<\/a>.<\/p>\n<p>Vivian Rose is such an easy baby.\u00c2\u00a0 She just eats, kicks and wiggles for a few minutes then goes right back to sleep.\u00c2\u00a0 This is how our 10 minutes of sunshine ended.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/bunny-V-sleeps1.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-32828\" src=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/bunny-V-sleeps1.jpg\" alt=\"bunny V sleeps\" width=\"533\" height=\"640\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/bunny-V-sleeps1.jpg 533w, http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/01\/bunny-V-sleeps1-249x300.jpg 249w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 533px) 100vw, 533px\" \/><\/a><br \/>\nI adore this sweet baby girl!<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>&nbsp;
