I chose not to do that, instead lining only\u00c2\u00a0 the bodice with orange polka dot fabric which was also used on the pant ruffle.<\/p>\n<p>The fabric is white Swiss pique,\u00c2\u00a0 trimmed with piping made from the Ariel fabric used for the pants ruffle.\u00c2\u00a0 Orange rick rack was also added into the mix.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Ariel-embroidery.jpg\"><img loading=\"lazy\" class=\"aligncenter size-full wp-image-31323\" src=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Ariel-embroidery.jpg\" alt=\"Ariel embroidery\" width=\"800\" height=\"672\" srcset=\"http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Ariel-embroidery.jpg 800w, http:\/\/www.janicefergusonsews.com\/blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/09\/Ariel-embroidery-300x252.jpg 300w\" sizes=\"(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>The embroidery is embellished with turquois\u00c2\u00a0 &#8220;gems&#8221; hot fixed to many of the bubbles.\u00c2\u00a0 Finding the starfish buttons in my stash was a nice surprise.<\/p>\n<p>I&#8217;ve got about 10 projects going now.\u00c2\u00a0 What are you sewing?<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>This bright little outfit features one of Disney&#8217;s favorite princesses, Ariel.\u00c2\u00a0 Another new Brother design, it is impressively fresh and current.
