Simplicity 1475 pattern with Brother’s iBroidery.com Tsum Tsum Disney embroidery<\/p><\/div>\n

Tsum Tsum<\/em>? “What’s that?” I said when Brother asked me to create a project using the new collection of Disney<\/em> Tsum Tsum<\/em> embroidery designs<\/a>.\u00c2\u00a0 So I did some research and this is what I learned.<\/p>\n

According to Wikipedia:\u00c2\u00a0 Disney Tsum Tsum<\/b> is the name of a range of collectible stuffed toys<\/a> based upon popular Disney<\/a> characters….. The name is derived from the Japanese verb tsumu<\/a> meaning “to stack”, because the toys are designed to stack on top of each other, forming a pyramid shape………[1]<\/a><\/sup><\/em><\/p>\n

For a toddler’s grandmother, this is important information!\u00c2\u00a0 Since my first grandchild came of age recognizing commercially promoted characters, it’s been a steep learning curve for this Nana.\u00c2\u00a0 I’ve struggled to become conversant\u00c2\u00a0 about Wiggles<\/a>, Backyardigans<\/a>, Pokemon Ninjas<\/a> and more.\u00c2\u00a0 Now it’s Tsum Tsum which covers Disney characters\u00c2\u00a0 from Frozen to Mickey’s Gang and still more!\u00c2\u00a0 Whew!<\/p>\n

Before Laurel, our first,\u00c2\u00a0 I thought I was ready for this grandmother gig. \u00c2\u00a0 Hey, I was well-schooled on Jack and Jill, Little Bo Peep and Mary, the girl who had a lamb and all those Mother Goose tales. Was I ever wrong!<\/p>\n

Simplicity pattern #1475 seemed perfect for these embroidery designs, especially Minnie Mouse with her polka dot bow.<\/p>\n
