It’s nice to have a quick and easy little project in answer to the regularly scheduled question, “Will you make me something, Nana?”<\/p>\n

This comfortable two-piece knit outfit is just the sort of thing that Laurel likes to wear in the summer.\u00c2\u00a0 The skirt features three froggy ballerinas from Sew Many Designs’ (www.sewmanydesigns.com<\/a>) Feelin’ Froggy<\/em> applique’ collection.\u00c2\u00a0 The shirt is embroidered with a pair of ballet slippers hanging from a floral swag.<\/p>\n

Machine embroidered applique’\u00c2\u00a0 is especially suitable for knits because the designs are usually not\u00c2\u00a0as stitch intensive a filled motif.\u00c2\u00a0 Sew Many Designs is one of my favorite sites.\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0 Their collections cover every subject, \u00c2\u00a0are cute as can be and are reasonably priced.\u00c2\u00a0 And\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a0they always stitch out beautifully.<\/p>\n
