\"\"<\/a>Every grandparent strives to keep things even\u00c2\u00a0with the grandchildren but Judy\u00c2\u00a0Day manages it better than most.<\/div>\n

Her first grandchild, Jackson, was being showered with smocked bubbles and Jon-Jon’s and button-ons when along came his sister, Courtney.\u00c2\u00a0 Just three months\u00c2\u00a0later,\u00c2\u00a0second \u00c2\u00a0baby \u00c2\u00a0girl \u00c2\u00a0came into the family picture, \u00c2\u00a0cousin Kennedy.<\/p>\n

Judy scrambles to come up with cool boy things for Jackson and this bag is one of her best.\u00c2\u00a0 After embroidering luggage for the girls, Judy embroidered is bag for her little guy.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n

Judy says, “Jackson’s bag is actually a fishing tackle bag, but makes a great piece of luggage.\u00c2\u00a0 The guys in our family go on 2 fishing trips each year.\u00c2\u00a0 Jackson received this the first year he was allowed to go.\u00c2\u00a0 Even though he was only 5 at the time, this was a huge\u00c2\u00a0milestone. I thought he needed a bag to match his dad’s bag and Papa Day’s bag.<\/div>\n
The lettering was done in Babylock’s \u00c2\u00a0MasterWorks II and stitched on\u00c2\u00a0my BMP8 (Babylock’s\u00c2\u00a0\u00c2\u00a06 needle Professional Embroidery machine~~~http:\/\/www.babylock.com\/embroidery\/embroidery-professional\/<\/a>) the bag is soft and light weight and was easy to stitch.\u00c2\u00a0 I floated the top over the hoop and basted it to the stabilizer.\u00c2\u00a0“<\/div>\n
I can just imagine\u00c2\u00a0 5-year old Jackson lining up with the men, loading their gear into the truck for the big fishing trip.\u00c2\u00a0 There is nothing “cute” about his bag, just his name.\u00c2\u00a0 He was not only just like the big guys.\u00c2\u00a0 He WAS a big guy now.<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
